Ephemere

Ephemere is the French word for ephemeral. As a young girl, I spent time with my uncle looking for tiny spring flowers in Northern Wisconsin. I grew to appreciate the short-termed nature of their beauty and looked forward to seeing them once again after the darkness of winter had passed and the snow had melted.

Beginning in 2019, this dining concept continues to be inspired by the precious, seasonal treasures with which we look forward to. Select events are highlighted below.
